Work outs on the mini

There are many types of ways that
one can do a workout on mini trampolines.
There are aerobic forms of mini trampoline
exercises. Instead of just doing regular aerobics, doing it on a
mini trampoline will give the the benefits of doing a solid aerobic
exercise as well as other benefits that do not get targeted when just
doing aerobics alone.
With working out on a mini trampoline,
combining different types of workouts can be accomplished. For
example, a popular form of mini trampoline workout is jazzercise
trampoline workout. "Dancing" type workouts on trampolines were also
once popular and still practiced with today's trampoline workouts.
You can also do very stiff and hard-core
workouts on the mini trampoline. This involves a series of different
jump heights, as well as movements of different body parts and twists
and turns of the body while constantly keeping a steady jump on the
trampoline. There are also different "jump" patterns for different
sections of workout. This includes the three main types known as
the health bounce, the aerobic hop and the power jump.
Health bouncing is like a warm up and cool
down step in trampoline exercising. The aerobic hop is a mid-strength
type of jump that will get your blood flowing but it's not too hard or
strenuous. The power jumps are for more strenuous workouts that's
used in a lot of strength training for things such as muscle building.
